Super Slimmer Richard lost 10stone in less than a year
I have always loved football and a small group of us decided to form a 5 aside football team. Even though I was overweight I always considered myself to be reasonably fit (or so I thought). When the team shirts were given out mine was the largest possible but even that didn't fit!!

I joined Weightcare after a very embarrassing incident at a football match. As I went to go through the turnstiles I got stuck - people were very rude and were calling me names and I started to cry, I was so upset and ashamed.

Embarrassment is a thing of the past
It was after an embarrassing incident at a camping and activity weekend that I realised I had to do something about my weight problem. I made a desperate leap for the only large sleeping bag on offer and grabbed it as though I had won the lottery with everyone looking at me. I just wanted the ground to open up and swallow me.
